Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping for all orders over £100. For orders under £100, we charge a flat £4.00 rate for standard delivery. Royal Mail 3 to 4 working days

A: international shipping is available to the following destinations Europe, Middle East, US, Canada, Asia, Australia and New Zealand at £15

A: For orders placed before 12 midday on weekdays we will dispatch your order the same day. For orders after 12pm we will dispatch the next working day. Please allow 3 to 4 working days to receive your order, for periods of busy postal service please allow for delays

A: We offer a 14 day return policy for unworn items returned in good condition

A: Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on sale items. We only offer a credit note or exchange to the value of the sale price

A: Please complete the returns / exchange form clearly with the item/s you would like to exchange stating replacement item/s and size. Please send to the address shown on the form
Q: How long will it take to process my return or exchange?
A: When we receive your item/s we will aim to process your refund within 48 hours on working days. Please allow 30 working days for returned funds to enter your account
